I tried to get them to install a part for me but the guy called me and said they don't install "customer provided parts." I told the guy it didn't make sense but it was his business to run. Anyway I went to Napa and got the tools I needed for $30. 45 minutes later I had everything taken care of and saved I'm guessing hundreds of dollars in labor costs. A less ethical shop would have probably let me bring my car in and done the other work I need done before telling me they wouldn't help me with a simple installation.
